Nick doesn't miss too many teachable moments, and this week he capitalized on our recent trip to the Botanical Gardens by teaching Moses the 'B is for Botanical' song.
Moses was especially fond of the room meant to simulate an African jungle. It had lots of plants with big leaves for him to tug on.
Shortly after posing so sweetly for the photo below, Moses knocked over the largest plant in the room, pot and all. Of course, it landed on the most delicate little flower in sight, severing two of its leaves - oops! Fortunately the head gardener had just gotten done telling us how much they enjoy having little children visit and touch all the plants, so they couldn't very well kick us out.
